Frequently asked questions
Until when can I order for the holidays?
For Christmas (24 December), order by 20 December; for New Year (31 December), order by 29 December. After that, holiday slots are no longer offered online; you are welcome at the counter.
Are you open on 24, 25, 31 December and 1 January?
Thursday 24 December (Christmas Eve): 10am – 5pm. Friday 25 December (Christmas): closed. Thursday 31 December (New Year’s Eve): 10am – 5pm. Friday 1 January (New Year’s Day): closed. The rest of the time, our usual opening hours apply.
Do you have special holiday products?
Our usual range, at its seasonal best: cheese platters, raclette, Mont d’Or and the cheeses, charcuterie and wines of the counter.
Do you deliver?
For the holidays, orders are collected at the Crémerie in Lasne, at the slot you choose.
A company drink or a large group?
